Owl Vision Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all products and services offered by Owl Vision (Barn Owl Technologies Corp), including devices, accessories, and software subscriptions purchased through our online store at owl-vision.ai.


1. Processing & Fulfillment Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Processing time may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

Pre-Order Items: For products marked as pre-order, fulfillment will begin only after manufacturing has been completed. Estimated shipping dates will be communicated once production is finished. Customers will receive an email notification with an updated timeline prior to shipment. Please note that pre-order timelines are estimates and may change due to component availability or production schedules.

International orders may require additional processing time for export documentation, customs labeling, or lithium battery verification.


2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS Priority Mail for domestic orders. International orders are shipped via DHL Express or UPS Worldwide Expedited.

All shipments include tracking information, which will be emailed once your order has been dispatched. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination, package weight, and selected service level. In some cases, Owl Vision may offer complimentary shipping promotions for bulk or bundle purchases. Free standard shipping is available for domestic U.S. orders over $1,000.


4. International Orders

We are proud to serve customers worldwide. International buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees required by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost displayed at checkout.

Owl Vision devices containing lithium batteries comply with UN 38.3 transportation safety standards. Customs inspections may cause delivery delays beyond our control.


5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or if the shipment is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or estimated delivery date) at richardchen@owl-vision.ai. Please include your order number, tracking details, and photos of the packaging and product condition. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved, as the carrier may require physical inspection for insurance purposes.


6. Returns Related to Shipping

For returns or exchanges, please refer to our Refund Policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was shipped. Returns must include all original packaging and components to qualify for a replacement or refund.


7. Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, customs inspections, or carrier service disruptions. Owl Vision is not liable for delays once a shipment has been handed over to the carrier, but we will assist in tracking and communication with shipping providers as needed.
